Terry Caterisano, President and CEO

Terry Caterisano has over 25 years of experience in the development, sales, and support of complex voice, data, and wireless software systems. Terry has managed numerous software development teams at InteCom, DSC, and MCI Telecommunications, and was President and CEO of NeXone LLC, a software start–up business. Terry led factory and lab automation projects as a part of delivering quality software products and systems throughout his career.

Terry was an executive staff engineer at MCI for 10 years. He inspired and implemented the commercial launch of revenue–generating next generation voice and data products, and provided technical expertise to large enterprise customer accounts. He was recognized as a visionary at MCI and saved the company over a billion dollars in operational costs while overseeing the engineering of software and network solutions.

Terry was Co–Founder and CTO of IPhone4Less, a successful Voice over internet (VoIP) and Wireless Solutions provider. He also served as Director of Network Interoperability at Carrius Technologies, Inc., now AppTrigger, Inc., a provider of next generation, carrier class telecommunications solutions.

Terry holds a BS degree in Computer Science, and was awarded several US and International Patents. US patent 5,796,718, US patent 6,535,991 and Int'l patents WO 98/18235, WO 98/15079, "Architecture and Method for Managing a Flexible Communications Network."

John Spence, CTO

John Spence is a senior telecommunications software engineer with many years at such high profile companies as Texas Instruments, General Dynamics, DSC, Ericsson, DSET, MCI, MMD, and Siemens. He has a vast knowledge of leading edge software technologies, outstanding team leadership skills, and a drive for excellence and unsurpassed customer satisfaction.

John is highly skilled at successfully leading core teams of engineers to deliver many critical and highly visible multi–million dollar OSS and signaling system projects. He was the lead architect and developer of MCI's Enhanced Trunk Routing (ETR) system, an automated test system that reduced an install failure rate of 80% to less than 10%!

John was Director of Engineering at MMD from 1996—2001 and has over 15 years of experience in OAM&P (Operations, Administration, Maintenance and Provisioning) systems. John served as a senior Director in charge of software development at Siemens from 2001 through 2008. John Spence graduated from the University of Texas, El Paso in 1984, with a BS degree in Computer Science.
